Mafia Wars Cheats by mastering ROI (Return on Investment)

Posted on 17 August 2009 by Richard MW Hijinx

1 large part of Mafia Wars Cheats is rapid building of money. Money is a major factor of the game when you first start playing, but this can be overcome with sound good financial management. To “cheat” in mafia wars and make the money FAST you will HAVE to consider ROI in your decision process when buying properties. Some properties are cheaper to purchase, but don’t always provide much bang for the buck. Throughout the Mafia Wars game the best ROI is simply the Mafia Mikes providing approximately four times the return as the next best property.

When you decide to calculate your ROI in Mafia Wars you will have to get some information. You will need to know the cost of the land needed to build a property. You will have to know the cost to build the property. Lastly, you will have to know how much revenue that property generates. Let’s go through an example using the infamous Mafia Mikes.

Mafia Mikes require two components: an abandoned lot and then construction. The total cost for one Mafia Mikes is $974,510. The property pays out $12,000 per hour. An abandoned lot right now costs me $4,750. Construction costs are $969,760.

Since we now know how much everything costs and how much we earn we can calculation our ROI.

To calculate ROI you divide your total costs by your hourly earnings. In this case I divide $974,510 by $12,000/hr to come up with a Return on Investment (ROI) of 81.209 hours. This means the property will pay for itself after 81.209 hours. To put this in perspective for you I have exactly 1,266 Mafia Mikes. My next best property has an ROI of 256.5 hours, and I only own 10 of them. So, make this calculation for each property type and TRY to get the ones that pay for themselves the quickest.

Making these calculations for each one of your Mafia Wars properties will allow you to make the best investment decision for your situation and help you fund all your Mafia Wars activities.

Easily Lose 10 Pounds Hassle-Free – Clarified

Posted on 07 August 2009 by Scott Edwards

The Business Of Losing Weight Can Be Scary! You should recognize that in addition to being the problem for millions that it is – it’s also a business. Diet industry businesses may often be tempted to benefit unduly from people’s misfortune, as billions are spent on weight reduction each year.

How Big Is This Challenge? The fact that you’re looking at this article probably means you have a problem with weight. It’s understood from recent surveys that more than 2/3rds of American people are overweight. So that is well over 200 Million individuals!

What’s more, that figure is a staggering 60 percent for the rest of the world as well. It’s a sad indictment of the 21st century!

In Great Britain, it’s estimated that a quarter of the adult population is at least 30-40 pounds overweight. This figure is set to get much higher. It might be around twenty five per cent now, but it could be ninety per cent by the middle of the century.

Are those figures really set in concrete? There isn’t anyone who wants it to carry on like this. Easy to follow information is what’s needed. We shouldn’t have to spend a fortune on diet products.

Obesity can increase the risk of a number of diseases and ailments, such as – Heart Failure and Disease, Cancers, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes (Type Two), Mental Health Issues, Sleep Apnoea, High Cholesterol, Osteo-arthritis and Disease of the Liver.

And so we’re not just out to look cuter – we’re out to preserve our health. Losing the pounds doesn’t have to mean getting stick thin! You just need to aim for the right weight for you. It’s about feeling comfortable and finding a weight you can maintain.

Our sons and daughters weight is also important. It’s our responsibility as the adults in the house to help our children adopt sensible habits where diet is concerned. We’re not the only ones who’ll suffer if we continue doing what we’ve always done. We (and our kids) will get more of what we’ve already got. Which parents would wish that on their kids?

So So ASctors Good Movies

Posted on 03 August 2009 by Ross Kane

Look below if you came to see motion picture reviews. To find movie downloads do a search. A good starting point might be “Unlimited Music Downloads”, after that try “Download Movie Rental” or “Movies Downloads”.

Barnacle Bill: Beery and Core aid essentially typical material as old vinegar and lady trying to trap him into matrimony. Cast includes Wallace Beery, Matjorie Prime, Leo Carrillo, Virginia Weidler, Donald Softhearted, and Barton Mafamilye. (98 minutes, 1941)

The Front Page: Third filming of the Hecht-MacArthur play about crazy and woolly Chicago newspaperman in the 1920s has barely anything new to offer (with the exception of 4-letter words) although continues to be an entertaining piece of work. Cast includes Jack Lenunon, Walter Matthau, Carol Burnett, Susan Sarandon, Vincent Gardenia, David Wayne, Allen Garfield, Austin Pendleton, and Charles Duming. (105 minutes, 1974)

Stamboul Quest: Exotic amalgamation of romance and intrigue with German agent Loy finding that he is in love with American scholar Brent in WWI Turkey. Herman Mankiewicz’s script is based on a real tale. Cast includes Myrna Loy, George Brent, Lionel Atwill, C. Hemy Gordon, and Mischa Auer. (88 minutes, 1934)

Luv: Murray Schisgal three character hit play in regards to pseudo-eggheads was not designed for motion pictures anyway, however this rendition is genuinely an abomination. The cast tries. Cast includes Jack Lemmon, Peter Falk, Elaine May, Eddie Mayehoff, Paul Hartman, and Severn Darden. (95 minutes, 1967)

Heartburn: Nora Ephron adjusted her own most popular (and autobiographical) novel in regards to an elderly couple whose matrimony appears just fine till she sees he’s been cheating when she’s pregnant! Lightweight, shallow tale is supercharged by 2 charismatic megastars, which make it a must see. Cast includes Meryl Streep, Jack Nicholson: Jeff Daniels, Maureen Stapleton, Stockard Channing, Richard Masur, Catherine O’Hara, Steven Hill, Milos Forman, Karen Akers, Anna Maria Horsford, Mercedes Ruehl, Joanna Gleason, Yakov Smimoff, Kevin Spacey, and Natasha Lyonne. (108 minutes, 1986)

Reptilicus: The tail of a prehistoric beast, recently found, spawns into the whole animal. Only excellent for a few laughs as script hits every possible beast film stereotype, right to the very last shot. The picture was filmed in Denmark. Cast includes Carl Ottosen, Ann Smyrner, Mimi Heinrich, Asbjom Andersen, and Marla Behrens. (90 minutes, 1962)

Food of the Gods 2: This time, as a result of hormone experiments gone bad, tremendously big rats terrorize a college campus. Cast includes Paul Coufos, Lisa Schrage, Jackie Burroughs, Colin Fox, and Frank Moore. (91 minutes, 1989)

The Mystery of Edwin Drood: A seemingly honorable English choirmaster (Pours) is essentially accountable for a terrible murder. This is an excellent Hollywood adaptation of Charles Dickens’ incomplete novel, which inspired a Broadway musical in the 1985. Cast includes Claude Pours, Douglass Montgomery, E. E. Clive, and Valerie Hobson. (87 minutes, 1935)

8 1/2: (1963-Italian) 135 Fellini’s exclusive film casts Mastroianni as a filmmaker trying to create a new venture, among regular visions and numerous subplots. 8 ‘ is a long, perplexing, however captivating film that is full of artistic and technical wizardry. Absolutely one of the most extremely personal declarations ever made on celluloid. Cast includes Marcello Mastroianni, Claudia Cardinale, Anouk Aimee, Sandra Milo, Barbara Steele, Rossella Falk, Madeleine LeBeau, Caterina Boratto, Edra Gale, and Mark Herron. (135 minutes, 1963)

I hope you enjoyed the reviews. Remember to use search terms like “Best Music Download Sites” and “Movies And Download” when looking for movie sites. Another good term might be “Buy DVD Movies”.

Ring Tones – Yeh Dil Maange More

Posted on 30 July 2009 by Sam Roberts

The words in the Pepsi advertisement jingle compiled for the Indian audience, literally translating to “the heart wants more” and most everyone’s craze for new and varied ring tones are a perfect match. With the number of cell phone connections sky rocketing in India and the rest of the world, this is one craze that has very little chance of ebbing away. Not that I am one to complain, especially if the tune is one of Kishore Kumar’s evergreen melodies! But I’d draw the line at some of the more bizarre tunes or so called tunes, like a baby crying or the sound of a ‘fart’ that some individuals insist on assaulting our eardrums with.

Some basic points about the ring tone:

1. It is the name given to the sound made by any kind of telephone, not just mobile phones, to announce an incoming call or text message. Most of these sounds, especially those that do not have a tune or are not customised, are not tones at all and should actually be called ring sounds.

2. The first telephones had a bell which made a ‘ring’ing sound when struck by a hammer, operating electromagnetically, to announce a call. While this system is still common, most cell phones and modern land line phones have advanced from the ring to producing different kinds of sounds.

3. While receivers nowadays allow adjustments to the volume, there are many variations on offer regarding the type of ring tone – to allow differentiation between two or more instruments lying side by side. Specific customer requirements are also covered, such as for the hearing impaired.

4. Towards the late 1980s mechanical ring tones were slowly getting replaced by electronic ones progressing from single tones to those playing two, three or more tones and then on to melodies.

5. 1996 saw the advent of the customised ring tones on mobile phones, with some Japanese manufacturers offering a number of options, both customised and pre-recorded.

6. Downloadable ring tones were available from 1998 and this service has now become an enormously successful industry right across the globe.

7. Real tones, which are usually taken from popular songs, began to be distributed from late in 2002.

All the new music being generated by bands, composers, films, etc. number in the hundreds of thousands across the world. Marketing these as ring tones before or at the time of launch allows the tune to become popular and improve the prospects of it becoming a ‘hit’. Ring tones are now available online, can be sent via sms or copied from a DVD or CD. A number of sites specialise in bringing the latest offerings to the consumer, sometimes the second it’s out of the recording studio. There is a huge amount of financial turnover in this business, running into billions of dollars, because everyone would love to have only the latest and the best. Since I am no different from most others and want options for everything, my heart to get to have more . ring tones!

Vodaphone Buys BT Phones Irish Fixed Line Business For 4.1 Million

Posted on 24 July 2009 by Jasim Crouch

BT Ireland home and small business customers will have there accounts transferred to Vodafone. They will now be tied to Vodaphone under a major agreement unveiled between the two firms, and will not be able to terminate their existing contracts once the move takes place.

BT has decided to leave the Irish home retail telephone and broadband market. Its 84,000 home customers will soon be part of Vodafone’s fixed-line customer portfolio. Also its 3,000 BT small business customers will be transferred to Vodafone’s existing fixed-line service in the coming months.

The deal will boost Vodafone’s total fixed-line customer base to more than 170,000 customers and make it the second-biggest player in the market after Eircom. Vodafone will also have 15 percent of the country’s fixed-line broadband internet customer base.

The proposed deal which is still subject to approval from the Competition Authority, also includes a multi-million euro commitment from BT to upgrade a further 58 telephone exchanges around the country. In doing so it can ensure that more of the Irish population can access its high-speed internet services.

BT has already unbundled 22 exchanges. BT will sell the wholesale broadband capacity to Vodafone, which will in turn market it to fixed-line customers.

This part of the deal will make further impact on revenue at Eircom, challenging the already embattled telecoms company. Of BT’s 84,000 home users, about 80pc of them use broadband services that BT buys from Eircom at a wholesale basis. Once these new exchanges are upgraded by BT, the amount of wholesale fixed-line internet services that Vodafone will have to source from Eircom will drastically decline

Surveys That Pay Cash

Posted on 22 July 2009 by Eagle Eyes

It is likely that the reason that Internet surveys are so popular is because they are one of the vehicles that are very affordable. You can generate valuable feedback from customers quickly enough. If one considers how it is affordable it is to collect surveys using the Internet that eliminates the need for the post office.

This can be done by doing different jobs, including making cash for online surveys. Online surveys are one of the fastest-growing business uses of the Web. If you think about it, surveys have been used forever although mostly by corporations.

You can find out what and why people buy, and why people do not. Surveys disclose who it is that is visiting your site. It is very valuable information for companies to have.

Not only online surveys are cheap but they are also fast. You should provide the people to be studied using your client list. Then you can often get the results the same day.

Surveys will even disclose who it is that is visiting your site. This is very valuable information for businesses to have. Not only are online surveys cheap but they’re also quick.

If you provide the people to be surveyed, by using your customer list, you can often get the results back the very same day. Don’t confuse or compare online surveys with the feedback forms that are on your Website. They are not the same nor are they as effective.

There was a time when many surveys were conducted by telephone. But with all devices that people use their phones on these days, it is a good indicator that they do not want to be bothered by telephone.

People have a tendency to confuse surveyors with telemarketers. This is another reason that phone surveys lost their popularity. These days people really don?t care too much for the phone, they would rather text.

This is a good way for people to start filling them out. Usually the business will ask people to fill out a form that tells their age group, a little information about their family.

They will want to know the types of products that they use, their income, and so on. This helps to be able to allow them to only receive surveys that are important to them.

How Much Information Should Go Into My CV?

Posted on 21 July 2009 by Glenn Hughes

When a recruiter looks at and reads your CV, it’s a bit like them walking into a shop. They expect to see certain things in the shop like a till, things to buy, people to help them, etc. If the shop had no shelves or things to buy then you would soon find that people walked out straight away. Your CV works in exactly the same way- if certain information isn’t in your CV, the recruiters will walk away straight away and your CV goes straight into the rejected pile

Your name needs to be shown prominently at the top of the page. First and second names are absolutely fine and shortened versions of your first name are becoming increasingly acceptable. If you prefer to be called Kath and not Kathleen, please make sure the recruiter knows your name. Be careful with nicknames- a shortened version of your name is fine, gummy bear is not.

Include your full, correct postal address along with post code or zip code as appropriate. Landline numbers are always a good idea. Personally, I would always include a home telephone number as well as a mobile number. If you don’t have a mobile yet, consider purchasing a cheap pay as you go mobile phone- it will definitely be worth it for you

Your personal profile or career statement. Make sure that following the basic information you include a personal statement. It doesn’t need a heading, just go straight into it. Include what you can do (job title), for who (industry sector), where (geography), and also point to your track record. The employer basically needs to know in a nutshell whether you fit with the sort of role that they are looking to fill.

Working from your most recent work achievements and moving backward, you need to pick out key achievements for which you have been personally responsible. Focus on achievements and not responsibilities. Nobody takes anyone on for those reasons alone. You really need to quietly sell yourself in this, the most important section of the CV. Make sure you are telling the truth as well- you may be called on to back up these claims with factual evidence at the interview or at some later date

Please remember that academic qualifications are gained through academic institutions like schools, colleges, etc. They are different from professional qualifications and should be separated out from those qualifications in a section of the CV of their own. Starting with the highest level of qualification, itemize all your qualifications, in the order: qualification, institute, date(s)

Professional qualifications/ training courses. These are very different from academic qualifications nd should be listed as such. The same protocols as academic qualifications apply but the level of qualification is a little more subjective. Write them down in the same order: Qualification, Training provider, date

Hobbies, interests, driving license, age, etc. This should be one of the very last things to be written on your CV. Make sure that this information is factual, and do not put your actual date of birth into the CV as you never know where the CV will end up- identity theft is a very real issue and you should protect information like your date of birth. You don’t actually need to put your age on at all if you don’t want to- leave it out
